• Company incorporated in January 1992 in Elkhart, IN as mirror manufacturer for the Transit Industry.
• Original operations were started in a 2,000 square foot facility in January and later that year it was expanded to 5,000 square foot facility.
• March 1993 formed B&R Glass, a stained glass & glazing business.
• June 1994 B&R added another 5,000 square foot to its operation for a total 10,000 square foot facility.
• June 1995 Company sold stained glass & glazing business.
• July 1996 another additional 10,000 square foot was added for a total 20,000.
• October 1997 Company brings to the market the glass locking ring feature which provides a time savings and ease of glass removal & replacement to the transit industry.
• October 1998 Company relocated to a new facility of 24,000 square foot
• January1999 Company expanded its marketing efforts into the Tour Coach industry.
• June 2001 Company brought to the market a revolutionary “Swing-Loc” mirror allowing the mirror to re-center after incidental contact.
• October 2001 Company purchased E.S. & J. Injection Molders which produced radius corner blocks for the RV Industry.
• January 2002 Company decided to enter into the RV market for exterior rearview mirrors.
• June 2002 because of the increasing penetration into the RV market an additional 20,000 square foot facility was added.
• September 2003 Company introduces single arm mirror assembly for the cut-a-way chassis used in the RV, Class “C”, ambulance and shuttle bus market.
• July, 2004 BR Manufacturing is acquired by Hadley, a Grandville, MI manufacturer of mirror, horn and suspension components for commercial vehicles
